John F. Kennedy signed 10'' x 8'' photo, inscribed to Gary Douglas Perkins, ''with every good wish - John F. Kennedy''. Signed by Kennedy upon the photographic border. Gary Douglas Perkins was a pioneer in the field of event insurance, the first to insure Presidential inaugurations.
