Claude Monet autograph letter signed, composed in his signature purple fountain pen. Dated 26 September 1903 upon letterhead from his Giverny estate, Monet writes to Monsieur Gravereau, who supplied Monet with his preferred wine. In this letter, Monet orders ''7 feuillettes red wine'' along with 8 white, and promises to return his empty drums. He signs at the conclusion ''Claude Monet''. Single page measures 4'' x 6.5'' on bifolium stationery. Fold, and slight smear to signature, else near fine with bold handwriting.
