Fidel Castro document signed as Prime Minister of Cuba, dated 20 May 1960, less than a year after the Cuban Revolution. Castro appoints several individuals to serve in Cuba's foreign service. Signed ''Fidel Castro'' and countersigned by Osvaldo Dorticos Torrado as President and Raul Roa Garcia as Minister of Foreign Affairs. With the blind-stamped embossed seals of the three offices over their respective signatures. Measures 7.75'' x 10.5''. Some creasing and foxing, overall very good condition.
