On Executive Mansion letterhead, Roosevelt writes a warm letter to his physical therapist Helena Mahoney on 22 July 1929, in part, ''This is a hurried line dictated while I get a day at Hyde Park...It is fine that you are going to that Convention in Geneva...There is no particular news from Warm Springs except that they are just about filled up. / Do not forget that the most important thing for you is to stay on the other side through August so that you will be one hundred and ten percent when you get back!...'' Single page letter measures 8'' x 10.5''. Folds, else near fine condition.
