Signed ''Ronald Reagan'' by the 40th President in black ink on his Presidential bookplate affixed to the fly-leaf. Bound in red paper boards with blind stamped Reagan signature on front board, and a blue cloth spine lettered in gilt. Runs 748pp. and measures 6.5'' x 9.5''. Near fine condition. Dust jacket, with sticker of the Reagan Presidential Library, is very good to near fine. Book also comes with the original receipt from the Presidential Library.
