''The New York Times'' newspaper from 29 September 1945, shortly after the close of World War II. Issue contains an interesting story on the fraternization of soldiers stationed in Germany with native German girls and alleges the result is a ''Pro-German Attitude''. Other stories include Harlem school riots, the Foreign Ministers Council meeting in London, and repatriation in Japan. Newspaper runs 30pp. Toning and some chipping to pages with separation to spine at left. Cleveland Library stamps to upper right. Very good condition.
