Andrew Jackson land grant signed as President, appointing 152 acres to a Simon Frigley of Colombiana County, Ohio. Grant is dated 7 April 1829, shortly after Jackson's re-election against John Quincy Adams, and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. Land grant measures 9.75'' x 15.75''. Closed tear through wax-based paper seal, a bit of worming at top and irregularly trimmed edges. Overall, vellum document is well-preserved, in very good condition.
