Larry Fine autograph letter signed. Ink letter dated 27 January 1973 reads in part ''...Your letter of good wishes for a speedy recovery received, and thank you very much...I had a stroke, and the recovery is a long, slow, painful progress, but according to my doctors, I am doing very well and they think I might be able to walk again in a couple of years. Please give my best to your son...'' Letter is accompanied by an envelope addressed by Fine. 1pp. letter measures 7'' x 9.75''. Overall excellent condition.
