Large portrait photo album of Hurrell photographs bound in red leather owned by Shirley Temple. Album features 30 original vintage photographs from the 1937 film ''Heidi'', all taken by George Hurrell who was hired by Fox Studios. Each wonderful black and white photo is dry mounted to a thick piece of grey cardboard, with nothing affixed to verso. Photos slightly range in size, but are all around 7'' x 9'' and are all signed in pencil on matte, ''Hurrell '37''. Shirley's poses and outfits change, but many photos depict the superstar with rarely seen, personal expressions. Gilt lettering on cover reads: ''SHIRLEY TEMPLE in HEIDI / with / JEAN HERSHOLT / ARTHUR TREACHER / HELEN WESTLEY / DIRECTED BY ALLAN DWAN''. Measures 13'' x 15'' x 1.5''. Weighs 6 lbs. 10 oz. Minor curling to pages, minor wear to picture edges, some glue markings to pages, overall very good condition. With a COA signed by the Shirley Temple estate. One of a kind piece of Shirley Temple memorabilia, perfectly suited for table display.
