Lot of three tie bars fashioned in the likeness of the PT-109 boat skippered by Lieutenant John F. Kennedy during WWII. The bronze tie bars were made for the 1960 Presidential campaign, with these three given by Ethel Kennedy to Jack Spangenburg, longtime employee of the family and author of ''Moonlighting As a Butler: Serving the Kennedys 1960-1977''. Two tie bars are clip-on and one is a pin and clasp. Each measures 1.75'' x .5''. Some rubbing to bronze, otherwise near fine.
