Hand drawn and painted title art from ''Badman's Territory'', the popular 1946 western about the Jesse James gang, starring Randolph Scott. The film gave rise to two sequels, ''Return of the Bad Men'' and ''Best of the Badmen''. In addition to Randolph Scott, the film starred Gabby Hayes, Ann Richards and Ray Collins, all featured with this artwork in two credits of the opening sequence. Beautiful hand drawn horse, wagon and vista is set against blue, brown and grey hand painted scenery. Paper on board measures 30'' x 24.25''. Board is split horizontally towards bottom, and light scuffing, otherwise near fine condition.
