John Travolta screen-worn ''hero'' costume from ''Mad City''. Blue shirt custom made for Travolta includes his initials embroidered into the Anto Beverly Hills label alongside the date, September 1996. Long-sleeved button-down shirt has an embroidered insignia above the left breast pocket. Size 17 neck and 36 sleeve. Label shows some handwritten felt tip notations, else near fine. With a COA from The Golden Closet.
