''Amadeus'' movie poster for the incredible 1984 film, touting the 8 Oscars it took home. Blue and white poster includes picture of Oscar statue and announces: ''Winner of 8 Academy Awards / including / Best Picture''. The film, based on the life of classical composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, received 11 nominations in total, winning Best Director, Best Actor, and Best Adapted Screenplay in addition to Best Picture. Many consider F. Murray Abraham's role as Amadeus to be one of the greatest acting performances of all time. Poster measures 27'' x 41''. Intersecting folds, otherwise near fine.
