Autograph letter signed by Noel Coward, who writes to English actor Esme Percy from Denham Studios where he was filming ''In Which We Serve.'' In part, ''Dear Esme Percy, I am so sorry but I have only just had your letter...The Piccadilly Theatre don't forward letters to me...I am living down here and am doing 12 hours a day on my film - but just the same thank you...With all good wishes / Noel Coward''. Two-page 7'' x 9'' letter (front and verso) is dated 16 April 1924, though intended as 1942. Folds and light wear, overall very good condition.
