Patch to the position of ''Assistant Naval Constructor in the Navy with the rank of Lieutenant junior grade'' on 21 April 1914. Large royal blue Navy Department seal is affixed to the document atop a decorative nautical illustration. Measures 15.5'' x 19.75''. Minor creasing, otherwise near fine condition.
