'Buffalo Courier'' newspaper from 15 September 1901, covering William McKinley's autopsy in Buffalo the day after his passing, also intimating the details of the assassinated president's last moments. Gangrene from the gunshot wound is cited here as the cause of McKinley's death: ''...The...bullet passed through both walls of the stomach...the kidney...the pancreas...The tissues...had become gangreneous...'' 10pp. paper shows chipping, toning, and separation to fold. Very good condition.
