Senate card belonging to John F. Kennedy and signed by him with an unusually full signature, ''John F. Kennedy''. Front of card features photograph of a young Kennedy, with dark blue signature above line with ''U.S.S.'' label below. Verso reads in full: ''United States Senate / THIS IS TO CERTIFY / That the person whose photograph and signature appear on the reverse side of this card is a Member of the United States Senate.'' Bottom portion features Senate seal and printed signature of Joseph C. Duke, Sergeant at Arms, U.S. Senate. Kennedy served as Massachusetts Senator from 1953-1960. Laminated card comes with LOA from Evelyn Lincoln, JFK's personal assistant. Measures 2.25'' x 3.5''. Near fine condition.
