Licensing agreement for the band Cream, dated 9 April 1969 and signed by manager Robert Stigwood and twice-signed by iconic promoter Bill Graham. In this agreement, footage of Cream's performance from London's Royal Albert Hall is licensed by Bill Graham to be played at the Rose Palace in Pasadena, California. In addition to signing the contract, Graham also writes, "To CMA on nights of performance - Bill Graham" regarding the deposit money. Robert Stigwood famously managed Cream and the Bee Gees, and produced the musicals "Hair" and "Jesus Christ Superstar", as well as the iconic disco film "Saturday Night Fever". Bill Graham was a 1960's music institution, famous for booking San Francisco's Fillmore venue. Contract measures 8.5" x 14" and runs 8pp. Light toning and staple marks, else near fine.
