Aviator Charles Kingsford Smith signed print, commemorating his 1928 flight in which he became the first pilot to fly from the United States to Australia. Color print features an illustrated scene of Kingsford Smith's plane ''Southern Cross'' as it flies over the city of Suva, Fiji on its way to Australia. Kingsford Smith signs to lower right, ''C Kingsford Smith''. Print is copyrighted by the Wright Aeronautical Corporation in 1928. Measures 17'' x 21''. Slight dampstaining and tearing to top edges, with paper removal to all corners save for lower right, not visible if framed. Very good condition overall.
