Roosevelt writes to a Mrs. Garrigue, the operator of a nursery in nearby Poughkeepsie: ''Dear Mrs. Garrigue: I am delighted that everything went so well over the weekend. You all did a wonderful job and I am sorry I could not be there to help. Very sincerely yours, [signed] Eleanor Roosevelt''. Measures 6'' x 8.25''. Intersecting folds, near fine.
