Golden Boot Award given to Ann Rutherford in 1988, from the estate of the ''Gone with the Wind'' actress. Considered the ''Academy Award'' for Western film stars, the Golden Boot Award recognizes the achievements of cowboy film heroes and heroines. Heavy boot award is mounted on a wooden base with a plaque that reads: ''Golden Boot Award / 1988 / Presented To Ann Rutherford''. Wooden base measures 5.75'' x 2.5'', boot measures 5'' wide x 6.5'' tall and trophy weighs 10 pounds. Light chipping to wood base and second metal boot strap missing. Very good condition.
