Reverse has same gramophone logo and reads: ''Grammy Nominee''. Etched into rim of medal is ''Tiffany & Co. Bronze''. Medal is presented in the Tiffany blue box with Tiffany blue pouch and measures 2.5'' in diameter. Medal is near fine.
