Elegant black feather aigrette owned and worn by Queen Victoria. Aigrette, used for adorning a headdress, features approximately twelve intertwined black feathers held together at the feathers' stem by dark brown string. Purchased at Christie's by Madame Tussauds in 1982, from the collection of a descendant of a Lady in Waiting to Queen Victoria, for their wax replica of the Queen. Very good to near fine condition.
