Norman Rockwell signed artist proof of John F. Kennedy, originally done for the cover of the ''Saturday Evening Post'' on 29 October 1960. Kennedy sat for the original portrait in his Massachusetts home, as he campaigned for the Presidency that year. This is one of only 25 hand-proofed lithographs signed by Rockwell in October of 1976 for a Atelier Ettinger Gallery sale in New York City. Signed in pencil ''Norman Rockwell'' to lower right, and with ''A/P'' to lower left. Measures 16.75'' x 25''. Very slight foxing, otherwise near fine.
