The first, ''Pease & Elliman'' real estate company lease, dated 27 August 1971 requests Capp's signature for an apartment on Park Avenue. Standard lease has Capp's name and information filled out and is signed ''Al Capp'' twice and initialed ''Al'' twice, in blue ink. 9'' x 18'' when folded out and runs 8pp. The second lease is dated 13 September 1966 from the same real estate agency. Single page is again signed ''Al Capp'' twice in blue ink. 5pp. of official documents. Overall, very good.
