Silver snoopy award pin, flown aboard the STS-129 (Atlantis) space shuttle mission and to the International Space Station. The small silver pin is prestigious, as only one percent of all NASA employees have been eligible to win the award, which is presented in recognition for professional excellence while working for NASA. Small silver pin features depiction of Snoopy in an astronaut costume. Pin has circular backing and is accompanied by original black jewelery box with removable lid and black felt bottom. Sticker on back of box reads ''Boeing / Tie Tac / 1-03 / STS-129''. Measures 0.25'' x 0.5''. Fine. With a copy of the NASA letter to the employee who received the pin.
