Document signed ''Af Hitler'' by Adolf Hitler as Fuhrer of the Third Reich. Dated 30 April 1937, Hitler approves the promotion of a Captain Hoffman to Major of the 1st Artillery Division, 62nd Regiment. Typed German document is headed ''On Behalf of the Reichs'', and shows a blind embossed Nazi seal, with the German eagle perched atop the swastika. Document is countersigned by two other Nazi officials: the ''Reich Minister of War and the Commander in Chief of the Wehrmacht'' and also the 'Commander in Chief of the Army''. Measures 8.25'' x 11.25''. Professionally infilled at upper right corner. Very good condition with dark, clear signatures.
