Cover features an Apollo 13 colorful circular emblem with various mission insignia and ''NSA Manned Spacecraft Center Stamp Club / Official Commemorative Cover'' header. Signed ''Jack Swigert'' in black ink to lower right of envelope. Postmarked 11 April 1970 from Houston. Measures 6.5'' x 3.75'' with minor toning, else near fine. With an LOA from Swigert's sister.
