Duchess of Windsor Wallis Simpson personally owned engraving of the Madonna and child. With Italian designer Mario Buccellati's name engraved to verso. Miniature engraving presumably in silver measures 1.5'' x 1.75'' with minor tarnishing. Very good condition. From the 1987 Sotheby's ''Jewels of the Duchess of Windsor'' auction held on 3 April 1987 in Geneva, lot 104.
