Oval-shaped vermeil medal bears a soccer ball in relief, surrounded by a floral sprig on the top and 5 shamrocks underneath, all circumscribed, ''The Football League / Representative Match''. Reverse is inscribed, ''The Football League versus The Irish Football League in Hull 27th October 1965''. The Football League won, 5-0. With hallmarks to the bottom edge.
