Oval-shaped vermeil medal bears a soccer ball in relief, surrounded by floral sprigs on the top and underneath, all circumscribed, ''The Football League / Representative Match''. Reverse is inscribed, ''The Football League versus The Italian Football League at Milan 9th May 1964''. With hallmarks to the bottom edge. Measures nearly 1'' x 1.25''. Weighs nearly 0.5 ounce or 12 grams. Housed in its original custom Football League case. Tiny nick to rim on reverse at the bottom edge just left of center. Near fine overall.
