Rare ''My Fair Lady'' large poster issued by Warner Brothers upon the film's release in 1964. The classic film, directed by George Cukor and starring Audrey Hepburn and Rex Harrison, won a total of eight Academy Awards including Best Picture. Poster was distributed to movie theaters to promote the classic musical. Poster was designed by famed poster artist Bill Peak, whom adapted an illustration by Bob Peak, by adding colorful pink hues to an original charcoal collage of drawings. Poster depicts Audrey Hepburn posing with her famous umbrella with Rex Harrison in the background. Poster lists title at top and credits along bottom, with ''Property of National Screen Service Corp. Licensed for display only in connection with the exhibition of this picture at your theatre'' printed along bottom along with ''Copyright 1964 Warner Bros. / Printed by Continental Lithograph Corporation''. Poster is numbered 64/231 in total. Poster measures 27'' x 40.5'' with folds throughout creating small tears along crisscross of folds at center. With official Warner Brothers stamp to verso listing title of film. Overall very good.
