Iwo Jima flag raising photo signed by Charles W. Lindberg, the oldest surviving member of the U.S. military team who raised the flag on Iwo Jima. Lindberg, who died in 2007 at the age of 86, signs boldly: "Charles W. Lindberg / 1st Flag Raising, Iwo Jima / Feb. 23, 1945 10:30 am". Excellent, clear photo measures 8" x 10" with a .5" border.
