Sir Charles Kingsford Smith typed letter signed. Upon his Kingsofrd Smith Air Service stationery, letter is dated 1934 and addressed to an autograph seeker in Ohio. Letter reads, ''Dear Mr. Schulman, I regret that I am not now participating in the Centenary Air Race, and am therefore returning to you your airmail cover. Many thanks indeed for your kind wishes and I know that you share my disappointment. Yours very truly, [Signed] Charles Kingsford Smith''. Single-page letter measures approximately 8.5'' x 11''.
