Hill with the warm friendship and best wishes of / [mounted and continued on mat] Wm H Taft April 25 1910''. Mrs. Hill is Mary Ellen Mosman, wife of the Honorable Ebenezer J. Hill who served in the House of Representatives. Black and white matte photo by the Harris and Ewing Studio measures 7'' x 9.75'', mounted to signed mat to an overall size of 7.5'' x 11''. Some adhesive along top edge and pencil note to verso, else near fine.
