The successor to Adolf Hitler and Supreme Commander of the German Armed Forces, Karl Donitz autograph note signed. In German, Donitz writes on a copy of the World War II Instrument of Surrender, "This document was signed by General Jodi on my orders. Donitz / 8 April 78". Donitz ordered General Dodi to sign the original document for total surrender of the German forces on 7 May 1945. Document measures 8.5" x 11" with very slight separation on one fold and very light toning. Overall in near fine condition.
