Panoramic photo of submarine tender U.S.S. Bushnell and crew taken in Honolulu on 4 June 1932. Commissioned in 1915, the Bushnell saw duty in World War I and then, renamed U.S.S. Sumner in 1941, it saw almost immediate action in defending Pearl Harbor from the Japanese. 10'' x 40'' photo is identified in white ink:: ''Personnel U.S.S. Bushnell. Honolulu, T.H. June. 4th 1932.'' Photographer (Goldback of San Antonio) backstamp on verso. Moderate chipping, soiling and creasing. Overall very good condition.
