Conservationist and outdoors writer Nash Buckingham signed copy of his book ''Tattered Coat, Tales of Shooting and Fishing.'' G.P. Putnam's Sons: New York: 1939. This limited edition #888 of 995 was issued before the first edition, and is signed with a flourish on the front free endpaper ''Nash Buckingham'' in dark blue ink. Bound in grey-green linen boards; front board features an illustration of hanging jacket, hat and ducks. No dustjacket as issued. Measures 6.25'' x 9.5.'' Overall near fine condition.
