Partially printed Indenture document delineates various settlements of land and holdings in New York. Signed ''Wm Floyd'' and countersigned by witnesses John and Lewis Sutton, document measures 15.5'' x 12.75'' on one page. Separations forming along folds and dampstaining slightly affecting signature, else very good.
