Original Apollo 14 cover, hand-signed by ''Stuart Roosa'' in black ink, and with autopen and secretarial signatures by Ed Mitchell and Alan Shepard respectively. Cover is postmarked from Pasadena, California 1 February 1971, the day after the successful 9-day mission launched. With a Mount Wilson and Palomar Observatories return address, Cover is addressed in type to someone in Belgium. Measures 6.5'' x 3.75 with a few pencil markings to verso, else near fine.
