Document grants a John Ritter of Fairfield County, Ohio ''the southeast quarter of section eighteen of township fourteen in range twenty...'' Signed clearly ''James Madison'' and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office ''Edward Tiffin''. Document measures 13.5'' x 8.75''. Chip to top and along vertical fold, some toning, foxing and wear. Blindstamp seal intact, though deteriorating. Overall in good to very good condition.
