Queen Victoria document signed, "Victoria R" as reigning monarch. Dated 29 March 1888, partially printed document appoints one Charles Hodges to the position of officer in the Land Forces. Adorned with official seal to the left side and countersigned by Edward Stanhope. Measures 16" x 12". Mounted to archival paper and matted and framed to an overall size of 24" x 20". Near fine.
