Silver photo frame from Bill Clinton's Presidency. White House-issued gift frame features an etched presidential seal at top center and engraved signature of "Bill Clinton" at bottom center. A nice example of a White House gift to contributors. Measures 9" x 7" and fits a 6" x 4" photo. Near fine.
