Artist James Whistler autograph letter signed. Whistler's letter in pencil reads in full, "My dear Mr. Secretary, I do hope you are quite well again -- and perhaps you will look in tomorrow after dusk. With kindest regards…J McN[eill] Whistler". Single-page letter measures approximately 6" x 4". Toning, light soiling and a small pencil notation to top left corner, else near fine.
