Clarence Thomas signed Bush v. Gore Supreme Court decision, dated 12 December 2000. The decision resolved the historical 2000 election dispute in favor of Bush, reading in part, "On December 8, 2000, the Supreme Court of Florida ordered that the Circuit Court of Leon County tabulate by hand 9,000 ballots…This case has shown that punch card balloting machines can produce an unfortunate number of ballots which are not punched in a clean, complete way…" Document, on 13 pages, measures 8.5" x 11" and is in fine condition.
