Very scarce JFK & Jackie invitation to attend their wedding on 12 September 1953. Card-style invitation has the attendee's observations written inside, "Very gay…enter church and pause on steps as Jackie waves and grins…" Item measures 4.25" x 5.75". Toning and glue residue from previous inclusion in a scrapbook. Very scarce, with most invitations destroyed well before Kennedy was elected President.
