Herbert Hoover's signature appears within each book of this first edition, three-volume set of "The Memoirs of Herbert Hoover," published by Macmillan: New York: 1952. He inscribes each to Captain and Mrs. White and signs "Herbert Hoover" in blue ink on the front free endpapers. Bound in blue cloth boards with gilt lettering. Toning, light soiling and bumping to board corners. Very good. Volume 3, "The Great Depression" comes with dustjacket in fair condition; chipping and paper loss. $5.00 price remains intact. A lovely collection.
