Document reads, ''...This letter constitutes my consent to your use of approximately 15 feet of film of my appearance in a charity baseball game in connection with a special subject motion picture which you are producing for exhibition in theaters and on television, entitled 'HOLLYWOOD, MY HOME TOWN'...[signed] Frank Sinatra''. 8.5'' x 11'' document in fine condition contains forwarding envelope to the host of the referenced movie, Ken Murray.
