Dated 17 April 1868 and countersigned by John Russell as Secretary of State, document appoints one Curtis Hall to the position of Justice of the Peace in Trumbull County, Ohio. Measures 13.75'' x 17''. Toning and splitting to folds along the top edge. Very good.
