Dated 25 March 1981, just days before the assassination attempt on Reagan's life, Bush writes to his friend, Congressman Bill Young about a legislative matter, adding in his hand, ''Good seeing you - George''. Letter reads in full, ''Dear Bill: Thank you for your good letter and your suggestions for improving the regulatory process. Bill, I really appreciate this kind of input to our task force. Again, thank you for your interest.'' Single page letter measures 7'' x 9''. With accompanying envelope. Near fine.
